About Dianne’s Pilates and Yoga Studio
Dianne’s Pilates and Yoga Studio is committed to delivering a unique, personal and effective fitness experience to our clients, in a friendly, caring and fun environment.
Dianne has purpose designed facilities for Pilates floor and equipment classes and Yoga classes and training.
Studios 1 and 2 allow Dianne and her expert staff to provide personal service with excellent equipment in a quiet, private environment, close to the city and amenities in Melbourne Street, North Adelaide.
The Pilates method is a set of principles and movements designed to dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination.

Pilates:
- Improves posture, flexibility and balance

- Firms and flattens stomach muscles
- Strengthens and re-aligns the spine
