Dianne has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and is recognised as one of South Australia’s leading Fitness Professionals.
Fully accredited in a variety of Personal and Group Fitness formats she has worked in Adelaide and Perth as a Pilates Trainer, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Manager and Instructor.
Dianne is qualified as a Level 4 APMA Pilates Instructor, UK Pilates Institute certification and Australian Institute of Fitness Certificate IV in Fitness, and she has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Dianne has also gained a 69802 - Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy.
As Studio Principal, Dianne provides personal instruction in 1 on 1 and group classes and is responsible for identifying and training instructors to meet her high technical and personal standards.
Monica is an APMA Level 2 Pilates Instructor and is registered as a Fitness Professional with Fitness SA. Monica began practice as a fitness instructor in Sydney in 1999 as a Pilates Method matwork instructor.After relocating to Adelaide in 2001, this qualification was extended to APMA Level 2.
Monica has taught in many locations around Adelaide including other studios, health clubs, physiotherapy clinics and in the corporate health environment.
Monica enjoys attending as many mind/body workshops and conferences as possible to further her knowledge in personal health to the ultimate benefit of clients.
Cyriaque is a former classical ballet dancer with experience in modern , jazz, and acrobatic lifts. Soloist at the Moulin Rouge in Paris France and Principal Adage Team with his wife Angela at the Lido De Paris, France.
Cyriaque has his diplomas for Certificate III and IV in Fitness and personal training from the Australian Institute of fitness in Adelaide, Australia. Cyriaque has the qualification of Master Trainer and is able to confidently train people and help them achieve their goals and fitness expectations.
He is a qualified Aqua, Zumba, Fitball, Body Sculpt Instructor, Punch-fit boxing and TRX trainer, Qualified Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor: therefore he can offer a variety of training both indoors and outdoors. He is also the only male Xtend Barre Instructor in Australia.
Kylie was a professional dancer with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. After suffering a major injury herself, Kylie began studying the Pilates method and found the method helped prevent injuries and keep up with the rigours of dancing life.
Kylie is a Level 2 APMA certified instructor and a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. She has now been teaching Pilates for over 3 years at personal and group levels such as corporate classes. Pilates has helped her also keep up with teaching classical ballet for various dance schools around Adelaide.
Angela is a trained classical ballet dancer with experience in Jazz, Modern and Acrobatic lifts; soloist at the Moulin Rouge in Paris France and Principal Adage Team with her husband Cyriaque at the Lido De Paris, France.Angela attained her diploma for Certificate III and IV in Fitness and personal training at the Australian Institute of Fitness in Adelaide, Australia.
Angela has her qualification of Master Trainer and is able to confidently train people and help them achieve their goals and fitness expectations. To add to these skills she has instruction experience in Fitball training, Pilates Mat work and Reformer with Stott Pilates.
She and her husband Cyriaque are also the only instructors in South Australia teaching Xtend Barre: Pilates and Dance amplified! They can also teach you some acrobatic style overhead Lifts to incorporate in your choreography, should you be in the dance or ballroom world!
Amanda is qualified as a Level 2 APMA Pilates Instructor completing her training with the Melissa Laing Pilates Studio. She has participated in the Queens St Pilates Teacher Training Certification course, gaining a Diploma in Pilates Therapy Instruction and a Certificate IV in Pilates Therapy Instruction. She has also run and owned her own studio located in the city.
After suffering from a low back issue and scoliosis, Amanda attended regular Pilates classes to help assist in rehabilitation and maintenance. She was so impressed with the results she decided to train and study in the Pilates Method.
Amanda has worked extensively with physiotherapists working with clients ranging from rehabilitation to working with the SA Junior Golf Team to working with clients wanting to optimise their general health and wellbeing, at gyms throughout Adelaide and at the Keswick Army Barracks.
Sasha is qualified as a Level 2 APMA Pilates Instructor. Sasha trained in Melbourne at the Victorian College of the Arts as well as its Secondary School located on the same campus. She attended regular Pilates classes during this time to enhance her dance training. Sasha developed a strong interest in how the body worked and the skills needed to maintain its optimal performance when studying anatomy, pathology and kinesiology in her Bachelor of Dance degree. This interest was motivated further after a fall down a flight of stairs.
Returning to Adelaide Sasha gained a Diploma in Remedial Massage and spent the next few years working in conjunction with Physiotherapists treating clients ranging from chronic pain conditions, professional dancers, musicians, and athletes.
Her own recurring chronic spinal problems saw Sasha return to Pilates for rehab, and undertake an instructors course to share its benefits with others.
